Les glucides seraient-ils les responsables du surpoids ? Emp\u00eacheraient-ils l&rsquo;organisme de s\u00e9cher ?<\/p>\n<p>Comme nous l&rsquo;avons vu pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, une dose \u00e9lev\u00e9e de glucides entra\u00eene une hausse d&rsquo;insuline, permettant la r\u00e9duction du sucre dans le sang.
