Carbohydrates, the controversial macronutrient
Today, we attack the macronutrient the most controversial today, and the one that does the most damage in silence in most people's lives: carbohydrates.
Here's a quick question to get you started: have you ever felt tired after lunch, craved sugar at the end of the morning or afternoon, or had that feeling that no matter how hard you try, the belly fat just won't go away?
Often, it's carbohydrate-related. Not necessarily all the time, of course, but in most cases, carbohydrates are to blame. Not all of them, but at least a certain category of carbohydrates, which we consume in a pernicious way, in quantities that are not really adapted to what our body has always intended.
