Blooness is a type of food developed to answer the following question:

We noticed certain similarities between the foods eaten by peoples who had nothing in common with each other, apart from their commonality in terms of longevity.

In addition to their strong taste for certain ingredients and spices We also noted other similarities between the inhabitants of these different "blue" regions. First and foremost, their tendency to prefer natural foodstuffs, i.e. free from industrially-processed products.
